October 8, 2026 — StructLabs.io publishes Run It on AI, a free newsletter of curated AI news for small businesses and their teams, with each story cut down to what a business can use and what it can ignore. It goes out daily at 7pm SGT, and each issue takes three to four minutes to read. Subscribe at runitonai.com.

What the newsletter is

Run It on AI is daily, curated AI news for small businesses and their teams: what they can use now, what is changing in the tools they already pay for, and what they can safely ignore. It leaves out news that is too developer-focused or technical to matter to a business without an in-house technical team.

Each lead story runs in the same four parts: what changed, what it means at a small business’s size, the first step to take, and the limitation. The limitation is never dropped. A feature that only works in one country, or only on a paid plan, may not be news for every reader, and the issue says so.

What’s in each issue

After the lead, every issue carries the same sections:

  • Just shipped: one small update a reader can use today.
  • Built with AI: something a real person built, linked to their own post.
  • The Open Source Toolshed: a free tool or prompt to copy.
  • The AI Odometer: one number, charted, with its source.
  • Too early: something announced that can’t be bought or used yet.
  • One for the road: a lighter item to close.

Issue 19, ChatGPT text is getting an invisible AI label, shows the format. It covers OpenAI marking the text ChatGPT writes to meet new EU rules, and its first step asks readers to list where their business publishes AI-drafted text and decide where readers should be told. Every issue is in the archive, and each claim links to its source. The newsletter is written for a global audience.
